1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service apply to all accommodations, services, and agreements between the guest and S-Presso Group. By booking or staying at our property, guests agree to follow all rules and policies stated below.

2. Reservation and Payment

• A valid credit card is required to complete the reservation process.
• Unless otherwise stated, payment will be processed on the check-in date.
• Guests must provide accurate personal information including name, nationality, address, and contact number.
• We may contact guests prior to arrival to confirm reservation details.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, Maestro, NICOS, UC, UnionPay
• Digital Payments: PayPay, dPay, LINE Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Stripe
• Cash
• Guests may also pay online using their preferred method.

1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: From 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Check-out Time: Until 10:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability.
• Guests checking in after 11:00 PM must contact the hotel in advance.

2. Children & Extra Beds Policy

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Children under 3 years old stay free of charge.
• Guests aged 4 and older are charged as adults.
• Extra beds are not available.

3. Guest Address & Contact Info

• Guests are not required to provide address details when booking.
• A valid phone number is required at the time of booking.

4. Curfew

No curfew is enforced. Guests may enter and leave freely at any time.

• Rooms are to be used strictly for accommodation purposes.
• Entry of unregistered persons into rooms is prohibited.
• Activities that disturb other guests or cause damage to hotel property are not allowed.
• S-Presso Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases of illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

Housekeeping Services

• For guests staying 4 nights or longer, one complimentary room cleaning will be provided during the stay.
• Daily housekeeping is not provided unless otherwise specified.

Security & Surveillance

• Security cameras are installed in public and common areas for safety and security purposes.
• No surveillance is conducted in private guest rooms or bathrooms.

Internet, Parking & Pets

• Internet: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
• Parking: No on-site parking is available.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed at the property.

The following items and actions are strictly prohibited:

• Flammable or explosive items (e.g., fireworks, fuel)
• Illegal substances
• Weapons of any kind
• Drones and remote-controlled aerial devices
• Activities that may compromise guest safety or comfort

• Guests are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or contamination caused by themselves or their companions.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. A penalty of ¥50,000 or the equivalent of one night’s stay will be charged for violations.
• The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings unless stored in a designated safe or locker provided by the hotel.

Lost items will be stored for 2 weeks. Items not claimed within this period will be disposed of or handed over to local authorities.

In the event of discrepancies in translation, the Japanese version of this policy takes legal precedence.

• Cancellations made 3 or more days before the arrival date: No charge; full refund.
• Cancellations within 3 days of arrival: 100% of the total booking fee will be charged.
• Same-day cancellations: 100% of the total booking fee will be charged.
• No-show: 100% of the total booking fee will be charged.

1. 약관의 적용 범위

본 약관은 S-Presso Group 호텔에서 제공되는 모든 숙박, 서비스 및 계약에 적용됩니다. 본 숙소를 예약하거나 이용하시는 경우, 아래의 모든 규정과 정책에 동의하신 것으로 간주됩니다.

2. 예약 및 결제

• 예약 완료를 위해서는 유효한 신용카드가 필요합니다.
• 별도의 안내가 없는 경우, 결제는 체크인 날짜에 처리됩니다.
• 예약 시 이름, 국적, 주소, 전화번호 등 정확한 개인정보를 제공해 주셔야 합니다.
• 예약 내용 확인을 위해 도착 전 고객님께 연락을 드릴 수 있습니다.

이용 가능한 결제 수단:

• 신용카드: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, Maestro, NICOS, UC, UnionPay

1. 체크인 및 체크아웃

• 체크인 시간: 오후 3시 ~ 오후 11시
• 체크아웃 시간: 오전 10시까지
• 얼리 체크인 및 레이트 체크아웃은 사전 요청 및 객실 상황에 따라 가능할 수 있습니다.
• 오후 11시 이후에 도착 예정인 경우, 반드시 사전에 호텔로 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.

2. 아동 및 엑스트라 베드 정책

• 모든 연령의 아동 투숙이 가능합니다.
• 만 3세 이하 아동은 무료로 투숙하실 수 있습니다.
• 만 4세 이상은 성인과 동일 요금이 적용됩니다.
• 엑스트라 베드는 제공되지 않습니다.

3. 주소 및 연락처 정보

• 예약 시 주소 입력은 필수가 아닙니다.
• 유효한 전화번호 제공은 필수입니다.

4. 통금 시간

통금 시간은 없습니다. 언제든지 자유롭게 출입하실 수 있습니다.

• 객실은 순수하게 숙박 목적에 한해서만 이용하셔야 합니다.
• 등록되지 않은 외부인의 객실 출입은 금지됩니다.
• 다른 투숙객에게 불편을 주거나, 시설 및 비품을 훼손하는 행위는 허용되지 않습니다.
• 불법·위험·과도한 소음 등 문제가 되는 행동이 있을 경우, 호텔은 예약을 거부하거나 취소할 권리를 보유합니다.

청소 서비스

• 4박 이상 연박하시는 고객님께는 투숙 중 1회의 무료 객실 청소가 제공됩니다.
• 별도 공지가 없는 한, 일반 투숙에는 매일 객실 청소 서비스가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

보안 및 CCTV

• 투숙객의 안전을 위해 공용 공간 및 공용 시설에는 CCTV가 설치되어 있습니다.
• 객실 및 욕실 내부에는 어떠한 촬영·감시 장치도 설치되어 있지 않습니다.

인터넷, 주차, 반려동물

• Wi-Fi: 전 객실 및 건물 내 무료 Wi-Fi 이용 가능
• 주차: 호텔 내 전용 주차장은 없습니다. 인근 코인 주차장을 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.
• 반려동물: 반려동물 동반 투숙은 불가합니다.

다음과 같은 물품 및 행위는 엄격히 금지됩니다.

• 불꽃놀이, 연료 등 인화성·폭발성 물질
• 불법 약물
• 각종 무기 및 위험물
• 드론 및 원격 조종 비행 장치
• 투숙객의 안전 또는 쾌적한 환경을 해칠 우려가 있는 모든 행위

• 투숙객 본인 또는同行인에 의해 발생한 시설 훼손, 오염, 비품 분실 등에 대해서는 금전적 책임을 부담하셔야 합니다.
• 전 객실은 금연 객실입니다. 객실 내 흡연이 적발될 경우, 벌금 50,000엔 또는 1박 숙박료 상당 금액이 청구될 수 있습니다.
• 귀중품 분실·도난에 대하여, 호텔이 제공하는 금고나 락커를 사용하지 않은 경우 호텔은 책임을 지지 않습니다.

1. 분실물 보관

객실 또는 공용 공간에서 발견된 분실물은 2주간 보관합니다. 해당 기간 내에 연락이 없을 경우, 폐기 또는 관련 기관에 인계될 수 있습니다.

2. 수하물 보관 서비스

체크인 전·체크아웃 후에는 인근 시설에서 무료 수하물 보관 서비스를 이용하실 수 있습니다.

• 도착일 3일 전까지의 취소: 무료 취소, 전액 환불
• 도착일 3일 이내의 취소: 총 예약 금액의 100% 청구
• 당일 취소: 총 예약 금액의 100% 청구
• 노쇼(No-show): 총 예약 금액의 100% 청구

• 如预计在 23:00 之后抵达，请务必提前联系酒店。

2. 儿童及加床政策

• 欢迎所有年龄段的儿童入住。
• 3岁及以下儿童可免费入住（不另加床）。
• 4岁及以上的住客按照成人标准收费。
• 本酒店不提供加床服务。

3. 地址与联系方式

• 预订时无需必须填写详细住址。
• 但须提供一个有效的联系电话号码。

4. 出入限制

酒店不设宵禁，客人可在任何时间自由进出。

• 客房仅限用于住宿用途，不得用于违法或与住宿无关的活动。
• 未经登记的外来人员不得进入客房。
• 严禁影响其他住客休息、损坏酒店设施或制造噪音等不良行为。
• 如发现违法、危险或严重干扰他人的行为，酒店有权拒绝或取消预订，并要求客人离店。

客房清扫服务

• 连续入住4晚及以上的客人，可享受 1 次免费客房清扫服务。
• 一般入住方案不包含每日清扫服务，除非另有说明。

安全监控

• 为保障住客安全，酒店在公共区域和共用空间安装有监控摄像头。
• 客房及浴室等私密空间内不设任何监控设备。

网络、停车与宠物

• 网络：全馆提供免费 Wi-Fi。
• 停车：酒店不设馆内专用停车位，客人可使用附近的投币式停车场。
• 宠物：酒店不接待携带宠物入住。

以下物品及行为严禁携带或在馆内实施：

• 烟花、燃料等易燃或爆炸性物品
• 任何形式的违法药物或违禁品
• 武器及其他危险物品
• 无人机等遥控飞行器
• 可能危及住客安全或严重影响他人舒适度的其他行为

• 如因住客本人或同行人员造成酒店设施损坏、污染或物品遗失，住客需承担相应的经济赔偿责任。
• 所有客房均为无烟客房。 如在房间内发现吸烟行为，酒店有权收取50,000日元或相当于一晚房费的违约金。
• 如未使用酒店提供的保险箱或储物柜而造成贵重物品遗失或被盗，酒店概不负责。

1. 失物处理

酒店内拾获的遗失物品将保留2周。若在此期间内无人认领，酒店有权将物品销毁或移交相关机关处理。

2. 行李寄存服务

入住前及退房后，客人可在附近合作地点享受免费行李寄存服务。
