Terms of Service

S-Presso Group is managed and operated by 株式会社SAKIMOTO (Sakimoto Co., Ltd.).

Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service apply to all accommodations, services, and agreements between the guest and S-Presso Group. By booking or staying at any of our properties, guests agree to abide by the rules, policies, and terms outlined below.

Reservation and Payment

• A valid credit card is required to complete the reservation process.
• Payment will be processed on the check-in date, unless otherwise stated.
• Guests must provide accurate personal details, including full name, address, nationality (if applicable), and contact information.
• We may contact the guest to verify reservation details prior to the stay.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please contact the hotel in advance if you require this service.
• ※ Guests checking in after 23:00, please contact us in advance.

Guest Conduct and Use of Facilities

• Rooms are for accommodation purposes only.
• Unregistered guests are not permitted in guest rooms.
• Guests must not disturb others or cause damage to hotel property.
• S-Presso Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations if guests are found to be engaging in illegal, unsafe, or disruptive activities.

Damage and Liability

• Guests are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or contamination to the hotel property caused by themselves or their companions.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. A penalty of ¥50,000 or the equivalent of one night’s stay will be charged if violated.

Lost & Found / Luggage Storage Policy

Lost Items

We keep lost and found items for 2 weeks. If you believe you have left something behind, please contact us within this period. After 2 weeks, unclaimed items will be disposed of or turned over to local authorities.

Luggage Storage

We offer free luggage storage at a nearby building (please note, the address is different from the hotel)

• Before Check-in / After Check-out: Free
• Guests may leave their luggage at the hotel front desk during these times.

Force Majeure

S-Presso Group is not liable for cancellations or service limitations caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, public emergencies, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.

Modification of Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated without prior notice. The latest version will always be made available on our official website.

Data Collection

We collect personal data (name, nationality, passport info for foreigners, address, contact, and credit card details) for registration, security, legal compliance, and service delivery.

Use of Data

Information is used for bookings, confirmations, invoicing, legal reports, and communication. Data may be shared with government authorities if legally required.

Protection of Data

Personal information is securely stored and only accessed by authorized personnel. Credit card transactions are processed using secure systems.

Language Priority

In case of discrepancies between translated versions, the Japanese version of all policies is the legally binding reference.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible – 3 Days

• Guests may cancel free of charge until 3 days prior to the arrival date.
• If canceled within 3 days of arrival, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• No-shows will also be charged 100% of the reservation total.
• Payment is made on the check-in date, so cancellation penalties apply automatically based on the timing of cancellation.

Additional Notes

• This cancellation policy applies to standard bookings.
• Special plans or promotional rates may have separate terms.
• Failure to check in without prior notice is treated as a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.
• All cancellation conditions are based on the local time (Japan Standard Time) of the hotel.
